National Technical Standard of Data Privacy and Data Circulation Products based on MPC is Released in China Big Data Industry Conference 2019
Big Data Industry Conference (BDIC) 2019, hosted by China Institute of Information and Communication Organization (CAICT) and jointly organized by China Communication Standard Association (CCSA) and CCSA TC691, the subsidiary committee of CCSA, is unveiled on Jun.4th, 2019. This annual event that lasts for two days with the purpose to execute the national big data strategy of China and promote the communication and cooperation in big data industry gathered more than 3000 attendees and many first-tier companies that are dedicated to developing the use cases of big data, including Baidu, one of the largest search engine and AI companies in the world, Alibaba, world’s largest e-commerce, retail and tech company, and Tencent, world’s largest social media and gaming company, and also one of world’s largest venture capital firms and investment corporations.
Chinese National Technical Standard of Data Circulation Products based on MPC that is jointly complied by PlatON, a high-efficiency trustless computing network, is released in this conference.
In BDIC 2019, leaders from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, outstanding facilitators, customers, research institutes, regional big data executives, experts in big data industry discussed and showed their opinions about the policies, industry, technologies and trend in the ‘Unveiling of Data Middleground’ and ‘Digital Asset Management’ round table forums.
National Technical Standard of Data Circulation Product based on MPC, led by CCSA and jointly compiled by PlatON, introduces the technical requirement and test methods of data circulation product based on MPC. It aims at providing the comprehensive solution to solve the security and legal problem of data sharing and data mining in the release, cross-organization circulation, transfer from supplier to the demand side. By using MPC technology, the security of data is guaranteed, and the multi-party computation will be completed successfully without data leak. That is to say, all parties that joined the computation will only get the final result instead of the data applied in the computation.
