On Feb 26th 2019, PlatON launched its ecosystem fund — PlatON Token Fund. PlatON will invest 5 million USD worth of ETH/BTC on building privacy-preserving decentralized network and its ecosystem.

With the rapid growth of digitalization in our daily life, privacy and high-performance complex computation has become more and more important. Traditional decentralized network with no privacy protection and limited scalability is not satisfactory for real commercial applications. PlatON presents a solution combining verifiable computation, multiparty computation, zero-knowledge proof, homomorphic encryption and other cryptography technologies to form a solid security framework, building the next generation infrastructure for decentralized businesses, decentralized AI, and other applications based on privacy-preserving computation.

PlatON Token Fund will invest 50k — 500k USD for each selected project, and welcome our partners to join our PlatON network and help advancing our infrastructure as well as building applications in all industry verticals. Partners we support includes but not limited to developers, researchers, industry experts as well as community active members.

PlatON Token Fund Executive Director, and PlatON Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Tom Tang, expressed his firm belief in the future of privacy-preserving computation, and mentioned that the token fund has already invested in projects such as AITOS (IOT), and in the future the fund will be focusing on logistics, healthcare, and financial industry.

PlatON CEO, Mr. Lilin Sun, believes that PlatON is a pioneer in privacy-preserving computation thanks to years of research and hard-work. PlatON will continue to be a leading privacy solution provider, and welcomes more and more partners to join the PlatON network.
